According to the verification and inspection inventory of the estate, the peasants had a total of 32.50 dess. of land (1 full plot), incl. 1.00 dess. of homestead land.

1925: Mlynok Blizhni, a khutor in Tonezh village council (selsoviet) of Turau district. 1 km from the village council, 27 km from the district center.
1930: Blizhni Mlyn (“Blizni Młyn”), a khutor on the Mutvitsa river. 2 km west of the village of Tonezh, Turau district. It does not exist now.
The name of the settlement is based on a production feature – there was a small mill near the village of Tonezh.
